Start with the employer, then read the role closely
A company directory gives job seekers a different starting point from a keyword search. Instead of looking only for a title such as accountant, software developer, customer service officer, or project coordinator, you can see which organisations currently have published roles and explore their openings together. This is useful when you already know the kind of employer you want to investigate, when several vacancies seem connected, or when you want to compare how different organisations describe similar work. The company page is a route into the vacancy details, not a substitute for reading them.
RecruitFinds company cards show organisations with current published roles in the platform's inventory. The role count is a live snapshot that can change when a listing is added, updated, or expires. A company may have more openings on its own website, and a low count does not indicate that an organisation is inactive or unsuitable. Use the directory to decide where to look next, then assess each vacancy's responsibilities, location, employment type, requirements, dates, and application route before forming an opinion about fit.
