RecruitFinds (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”) is a job discovery service operated by Uptrix Ltd. We aggregate and surface job opportunities from third-party employers and job boards.

RecruitFinds is a job discovery platform and does not directly hire, employ, or enter into employment contracts with candidates.

2. Platform Usage Rules

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
  • You may not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • You may not scrape, crawl, or automatically harvest content without prior written permission.
  • You may not post misleading, false, or spam content in any forms or submissions.
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you submit to the platform.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.

3. Job Listings Disclaimer

Job listings on RecruitFinds are sourced from third-party employers and external sources. We do not verify the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of any job posting.

  • RecruitFinds is not the employer for any listed position.
  • Employment terms, salary, and working conditions are set solely by the advertising employer.
  • We make no warranty that any job leads to employment.
  • You apply to roles at your own risk and should independently verify employer legitimacy before sharing personal information.

4. User Responsibilities

When using RecruitFinds, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information in any application or contact form.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Uptrix Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of employment opportunity, earnings, or career outcomes arising from use of the platform.
  • Damages resulting from fraudulent job postings or third-party employer conduct.
  • Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform.
  • Data loss resulting from technical failures outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).

RecruitFinds may contain links to third-party websites, employer career pages, or external services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
