We collect the following categories of personal data:

When you request CV writing, CV revamp, cover letter, or review support, we store the contact and career information you submit so our authorised team can assess your request and contact you. The initial form does not collect a CV file.

Career information and any documents later provided are treated as confidential. RecruitFinds does not sell them or share them with employers or other third parties without your permission, except where disclosure is required by law or a carefully selected processor is needed to provide the service.

You may ask us to correct or delete your CV-service information through the contact page. Inquiry records are retained only while reasonably needed for follow-up, service delivery, legal obligations, and dispute prevention.

• To send you job alert emails you have subscribed to.
• To allow authorised RecruitFinds administrators to review application data (name, CV link and contact information) when you submit a Quick Apply form.
• To respond to contact enquiries.
• To understand website activity, traffic sources, and browser or device information, and to improve the platform.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform and understand how users interact with it. For full details, please read our Cookie Policy.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. The notice shown on your first visit can be dismissed; it does not provide granular advertising-cookie controls. Google ad personalization can be managed separately through Google's Ads Settings.

When you submit a Quick Apply form on RecruitFinds, your application data is stored for review by authorised RecruitFinds administrators managing that listed role. We do not automatically send your information to a third-party employer.

RecruitFinds stores the CV or resume link you provide in the application form. We do not currently upload or store CV files through Quick Apply. You may request deletion of your application data, subject to legal retention requirements.

We use third-party providers to operate and measure the platform. Depending on the service, a provider may process information on our behalf or handle information under its own privacy terms:

• Hosting & infrastructure — cloud providers for platform operation.
• Analytics — Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager may process website events, traffic-source details, and browser or device information to measure activity and support platform improvements. Google handles information according to its own privacy terms.
• Email delivery — for sending job alert notifications.

We use third-party advertising services, including Google AdSense. When Google ads are served on RecruitFinds, Google may use cookies and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites, including for personalized advertising. Google and its advertising partners may process information about your browser, device, and visits under their own privacy terms.

You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google through Google Ads Settings or manage participating companies' interest-based advertising choices at aboutads.info. Opting out of personalization does not necessarily stop ads from appearing; ads may still be selected contextually.

• Email subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Application data: retained for recruitment administration or until a valid deletion request is processed, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Contact form messages: retained for up to 12 months for correspondence purposes.
• Analytics data: processed and retained by analytics providers under their applicable settings and privacy terms; aggregate reports may be retained separately.

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure— request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us. We will respond within 30 days.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
