3. How We Use Your Data
- To send you job alert emails you have subscribed to.
- To allow authorised RecruitFinds administrators to review application data (name, CV link and contact information) when you submit a Quick Apply form.
- To respond to contact enquiries.
- To analyse aggregate, anonymous usage patterns and improve the platform.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the banner that appears on your first visit.
5. Job Application Data
When you submit a Quick Apply form on RecruitFinds, your application data is stored for review by authorised RecruitFinds administrators managing that listed role. We do not automatically send your information to a third-party employer.
RecruitFinds stores the CV or resume link you provide in the application form. We do not currently upload or store CV files through Quick Apply. You may request deletion of your application data, subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools to operate the platform, which may process data on our behalf under data processing agreements:
- Hosting & infrastructure — cloud providers for platform operation.
- Analytics — anonymous, aggregated usage metrics. No personal data is shared with analytics providers.
- Email delivery — for sending job alert notifications.
7. Data Retention
- Email subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Application data: retained for recruitment administration or until a valid deletion request is processed, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Contact form messages: retained for up to 12 months for correspondence purposes.
- Anonymous analytics: retained in aggregate form with no expiry.
8. Your Rights
Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure— request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us. We will respond within 30 days.
