Requirements - Relationship Officers

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or another business-related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience working as a Loan Officer, Collections Officer, Relationship Officer or in a comparable position.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements - Sales Representatives

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Animal Health or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the animal feeds industry.
Must hold a valid driving license.
Strong understanding of animal feed products.
Basic knowledge of animal husbandry practices.
Excellent communication, sales and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Source and attract new customers while generating and developing sales leads.
Market and promote animal feed products and conduct regular farm visits.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with farmers, agrovets and distributors.
Identify and develop new markets and geographical territories.
Follow up consistently on leads, customer orders and potential sales opportunities.
Keep accurate sales records and prepare and submit required reports.
Meet assigned sales targets and increase repeat business from existing customers.
