Job Purpose
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store and depot activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper storage and timely dispatch of products, supervising store staff, and maintaining compliance with company, safety, and quality requirements. The role also requires close coordination with Sales, Planning & Logistics, Finance, Customer Service, and other departments to meet operational and customer service objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Store and Inventory Management
Oversee daily store activities, including receiving, unloading, storage, stock rotation, picking, packing, and dispatch of finished products and other materials.
Verify all deliveries physically against accompanying documentation and promptly report any discrepancies.
Ensure ERP and other inventory systems are updated accurately and on time.
Organize and label products appropriately to protect them from damage, deterioration, contamination, or loss.
Apply appropriate stock rotation procedures, including FIFO where applicable.
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock takes and reconcile system records with actual stock.
Track slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, and blocked inventory and escalate issues for resolution.
Maintain proper separation and control of returned, damaged, and non-conforming products.
Order Processing and Dispatch
Coordinate accurate and timely picking, packing, loading, and dispatch of customer orders with the Sales and Customer Service teams.
Check product codes, quantities, and product condition before goods leave the store.
Monitor outstanding orders and work with relevant departments to address pending orders and backlogs.
Maintain all required dispatch registers and documentation.
Coordinate with transport providers and logistics partners to support effective delivery arrangements.
Ensure orders are dispatched securely, correctly, and within agreed timelines.
Team Management
Supervise store personnel, including storekeepers, loaders, warehouse assistants, forklift operators, and clerks where applicable.
Assign duties and prepare work schedules based on operational requirements and workload.
Monitor employee performance and ensure compliance with store procedures and company SOPs.
Coach employees on the job and identify areas where additional training is required.

Safety, Quality and Compliance
Ensure store operations comply with company policies, procedures, health and safety standards, and applicable statutory requirements.

Implement measures covering accident prevention, fire safety, material handling, and emergency response.
Ensure material-handling equipment and other store assets are used safely and maintained appropriately.
Immediately report accidents, losses, damages, stock discrepancies, and other incidents to management.
Reporting and Coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering stock levels, movements, receipts, dispatches, discrepancies, and store KPIs.

Track stock in transit and follow up on delayed deliveries or receipts with the appropriate department, transporter, or sending location.

Role Overview
The Pre-Sales Executive – Francophone Africa will support sales teams operating in French-speaking African markets. The position involves developing bids and tender submissions in English and French, delivering product demonstrations, and coordinating Proof-of-Concept (POC) engagements across markets such as DRC, Senegal, Ivory Coast, and other Francophone territories.
Responsibilities

The DTS Technician will install, service, maintain, and repair Dealer Tinting System (DTS) equipment both at dealer outlets and in-house. Responsibilities
Install, service, repair, and conduct preventive maintenance on DTS machines at dealer outlets and in-house.
