Candidate Profile

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or Diploma from a recognized institution in any field of study.

• Be between 23 and 30 years of age.

• Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, initiative, and determination to build a successful career in sales with minimal supervision.

• Be well-groomed, professional in appearance, and possess a confident, energetic, and positive attitude.

• Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of working effectively in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients, assessing market needs, and evaluating sales prospects.

• Promote and sell the organization's products and services by engaging prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending appropriate solutions.

• Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, professional support, and exceptional customer service.

• Deliver accurate product information and guidance to clients to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.

• Monitor customer needs and provide timely follow-up to maximize sales opportunities and improve client retention.

• Ensure compliance with the organization's service standards, policies, and procedures while maintaining high levels of service quality.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.

• Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development initiatives as required.
