Requirements

To qualify for appointment to this grade, a teacher must meet the following conditions:

Have served as Senior Master III or Senior Master III – JSS at T-Scale 10 (C5) for at least two years.
Have achieved a satisfactory outcome in the required performance appraisal.
Demonstrate proven capability in supervising, mentoring and offering professional guidance and support to fellow teachers.
Fulfil any additional conditions or requirements prescribed by the Teachers Service Commission.

Requirements

Applicants seeking appointment to this grade must:

Satisfy any other requirements that may be established by the Commission.

For consideration for this grade, a teacher must:

Have served as Senior Teacher I at T-Scale 8 (C3) for no less than two years.
Have attained a satisfactory rating through the performance appraisal process.
Demonstrate the capacity to supervise, mentor and provide professional assistance to other teaching staff.
Meet any additional requirements determined by the Teachers Service Commission.
