Finance Officer

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, specializing in Finance or Accounting, or Business Administration with a focus on Accounting.
CPA Part III or an equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel.
Knowledge of public sector financial reporting and Government Financial Regulations.
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct and compliance with Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.

Finance/Accounts Internship

This internship is designed to give unemployed Kenyan youth practical workplace experience in Finance and Accounts.

Eligibility

Diploma or degree from an accredited institution, accompanied by a graduation certificate.
Kenyan youth between 20 and 34 years of age.
Must have graduated within the past five years.
Must not have completed another internship or obtained work experience after graduation.
Must be available throughout the full one-year internship period.
Recommendation or reference letter from the institution attended.

Applicants should demonstrate integrity, commitment, ICT skills, good communication and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
