Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in human resources or administrative support functions; prior experience within an HR consultancy firm will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Strong commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
