Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and supporting secure, scalable backend systems and services. The position covers the development lifecycle from design and testing through deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Develop and maintain backend applications, APIs, microservices, and integration services.

• Create secure, scalable enterprise applications using modern development frameworks.

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs.

• Apply secure coding practices and application security controls throughout development.

• Investigate and resolve production incidents and software defects.

• Contribute to technical architecture and solution design discussions.

• Develop cloud-native and containerized applications with a focus on resilience, performance, and maintainability.

• Participate in peer code reviews and uphold established coding standards.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.

• Work with DevOps and Security teams on infrastructure-as-code and deployment automation.

• Incorporate security measures into development and deployment processes.

• Monitor application performance and contribute to operational improvements.

• Create and maintain unit and integration tests.

• Support automated testing, static code analysis, and other quality assurance practices.

• Participate in releases and deployment activities.

• Deploy and support applications within cloud environments and containerized platforms.

• Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA Engineers, and other developers throughout delivery.

• Take part in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of software development experience.

• Demonstrated experience developing backend applications for enterprise environments.

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.

• Experience with cloud-native application development.

• Experience with CI/CD delivery pipelines.

Mobile Application Developer

Role Overview

This position focuses on creating, testing, deploying, and supporting mobile applications for Android and iOS. The developer will work across application development, API integration, testing, security, cloud connectivity, and automated delivery to support reliable digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, and improve mobile applications using modern cross-platform development frameworks.

• Develop responsive and high-performing applications for Android and iOS.

• Create reusable application components, services, and modules.

• Connect mobile applications with backend APIs, microservices, and third-party platforms.

• Investigate and resolve application bugs, defects, and performance issues.

• Contribute to technical designs and application architecture discussions.

• Build secure, scalable, and maintainable mobile solutions.

• Follow established development frameworks, coding standards, and software engineering practices.

• Contribute to application modernization and technical roadmap initiatives.

• Support CI/CD pipelines used for mobile application builds, testing, releases, and deployment.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in mobile application development.

• Demonstrated experience developing and deploying mobile applications using Flutter and/or React Native.

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.

• Experience integrating mobile applications with cloud-native services.

• Experience with automated deployment pipelines.
