Job Purpose
Reporting to the Pharmacy In-Charge, the Pharmaceutical Technologist will be responsible for assessing prescriptions and dispensing medicines accurately to support safe and effective patient treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Review and confirm prescriptions before dispensing medication.
Dispense prescribed medicines accurately and appropriately to patients.
Manage pharmacy stock and maintain adequate inventory levels.
Ensure medicines are stored correctly and under the required conditions.
Prepare quality-related reports when requested by internal or external stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with professional pharmacy standards, organizational procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualifications, Experience & Core Competencies
Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical operations.
Good ICT skills.
Strong customer service abilities.
Self-driven and capable of working effectively within a team.
Pleasant and approachable personality.

Job Purpose
The Health Centre Manager will provide strategic and operational direction to ensure the delivery of quality, affordable preventive and curative healthcare services. The role will also focus on maintaining efficient, patient-focused operations across the Health Centre.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Operational Leadership
Provide leadership in delivering high-quality, patient-centred outpatient healthcare services.
Direct administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and sustainable Health Centre operations.
Promote operational excellence while maintaining a strong focus on patient needs and service quality.
Quality, Risk & Compliance Management
Promote clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.
Identify and manage operational and clinical risks to strengthen patient safety.
Ensure adherence to clinical governance requirements, relevant regulations, and organizational standards.
People & Resource Management
Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams to promote accountability, engagement, and high service standards.
Ensure effective management and utilization of financial, human, and operational resources.
Improve productivity and cost efficiency through responsible resource planning.
Business Growth & Service Expansion
Contribute to initiatives aimed at expanding healthcare services and growing the business.
Support continuous improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency and overall organizational performance.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related recognized qualification.
A Master’s Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
At least 3 years of experience in clinical practice.
Previous experience in healthcare operations or team leadership will be an added advantage.
