Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Health Administration, Bachelor of Commerce, Business Management, Bachelor of Business Information Technology (BBIT), or a related field.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to learn hospital systems.

• Strong administrative, organizational, and documentation skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information appropriately.

• Self-motivated, organized, and service-oriented.

• Ability to work effectively within a faith-based healthcare and academic environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in ICT, Computer Science, E-Learning Technology, or a related field.

• Technical understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and basic networking.

• Knowledge of video and audio recording and editing tools is an added advantage.

• Strong communication and customer support abilities.
