Ground Operations – Ramp Staff
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily ramp activities to ensure aircraft are serviced safely, efficiently, and within scheduled turnaround times.
Plan, assign, and supervise ramp personnel, equipment, and shift schedules to achieve optimal operational performance.
Monitor operational and safety procedures to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company quality standards.
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy working environment by adhering to established organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Foster a strong safety culture by educating ramp personnel on operational risks, safety procedures, and industry best practices.
Minimize aircraft damage, prevent Foreign Object Debris (FOD) occurrences, and ensure all incidents and accidents are reported, investigated, and corrective actions implemented.
Ensure adherence to company policies, local operating procedures, and aviation regulations, addressing or escalating non-compliance where necessary.
Supervise aircraft marshalling, baggage and cargo loading/unloading, and the safe use of Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
Qualifications and Requirements
High School Certificate (O-Level or an equivalent qualification).
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
A minimum of two years' experience in aviation ramp operations or a comparable role.
Good understanding of airport ramp procedures, aviation safety practices, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team supervision skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure environments.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to operational detail.
Receptionist | HR Assistant
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, employees, and clients while serving as the organization's first point of contact.
Manage incoming telephone calls by answering, screening, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and official correspondence.
Maintain a tidy, professional, and welcoming reception area at all times.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrange meeting logistics, including refreshments when required.
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department and executive management.
Draft and prepare letters, reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings.
Maintain organized filing systems, attendance records, and HR documentation.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and general personnel administration.
Communicate effectively with employees, vendors, clients, and other external stakeholders.
Comply with organizational health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma in Front Office Management, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline. A bachelor's degree is considered an added advantage.
At least two years of relevant experience in a receptionist, front office, or HR administrative position.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Experience operating standard office equipment and administrative systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and handle confidential information with discretion.
Self-motivated, resourceful, organized, and attentive to detail.
