Multimedia Production & Creative Design Officer
1. Relationship Manager – Small Business Enterprises (SBE)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager – Small Business Enterprises (SBE) to drive portfolio growth, strengthen customer relationships, and support the Bank's retail banking strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing strategic partnerships, growing the SBE customer portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining a high-quality loan book.
This role requires a commercially driven banking professional with strong relationship management, business development, and leadership skills, capable of delivering sustainable growth while balancing customer needs and prudent risk management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Portfolio Growth
Develop and implement strategies to grow the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) portfolio and achieve business growth targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market.
Develop strategic partnerships that enhance customer value and expand the Bank's market presence.
Strengthen existing client relationships to maximize cross-selling and revenue generation opportunities.
Drive customer acquisition while ensuring long-term portfolio profitability.
2. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with SBE customers by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions.
Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships, identify new business opportunities, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns.
Promote customer retention through proactive relationship management and value-added financial solutions.
3. Sales & Product Development
Collaborate with Branch Managers, Retail Banking, and Product Development teams to develop customer-focused product bundles and value propositions.
Promote the Bank's products and services to increase customer wallet share.
Support product launches and sales campaigns targeting the SBE market.
Identify opportunities to enhance product offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.
4. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Relationship Officers responsible for the SBE portfolio.
Monitor individual and branch performance against agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to improve productivity and sales performance.
Ensure teams consistently deliver high-quality customer service and achieve business targets.
5. Portfolio Quality & Risk Management
Monitor the quality of the SBE loan portfolio by reviewing arrears, excesses, irregular accounts, and credit performance.
Work closely with branches to minimize loan defaults and improve portfolio quality.
Balance business growth objectives with prudent credit risk management.
Ensure lending activities comply with the Bank's credit policies, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
6. Market Intelligence
Monitor industry developments, customer trends, and competitor activities.
Identify emerging market opportunities and recommend strategies to strengthen the Bank's competitive position.
Provide market insights to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
7. Reporting & Operational Excellence
Track portfolio performance and prepare regular business reports.
Monitor progress against sales budgets and operational targets.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
Perform any other duties assigned in support of the Bank's strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, Marketing, or a related field (Upper Second Class Honours or equivalent).
Professional banking qualification such as AKIB, ACIB, or an equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
Minimum four (4) years' experience in business development, relationship management, or retail banking.
Demonstrated success in portfolio management, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
Experience managing SME or Business Banking customers is highly desirable.

2. Multimedia Production & Creative Design Officer
Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and innovative Multimedia Production & Creative Design Officer to support the Bank's marketing and corporate communication initiatives through high-quality visual content and digital storytelling. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging multimedia content that strengthens the Bank's brand, supports marketing campaigns, and enhances customer engagement across digital and traditional communication channels.
This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong graphic design, photography, videography, and digital content production skills, combined with a passion for visual storytelling and brand development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Design & Brand Management
Design high-quality visual materials for marketing campaigns, product promotions, and corporate communications.
Develop creative concepts that effectively communicate the Bank's products, services, and brand message.
Ensure all creative materials comply with corporate branding guidelines and visual identity standards.
Maintain consistency across all digital and print communications.
2. Multimedia Content Production
Produce professional photography, videography, animation, and motion graphics for internal and external communication.
Edit and enhance multimedia content for marketing campaigns, corporate events, and digital platforms.
Develop engaging visual content that supports customer engagement and brand awareness.
3. Digital Marketing Support
Design digital-first content optimized for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertising.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling digital campaigns that increase audience engagement.
Stay informed on emerging digital content trends and recommend innovative creative approaches.
4. Campaign & Event Support
Provide creative support for corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, branch branding, and promotional activities.
Develop event branding materials, presentations, promotional videos, banners, and other marketing collateral.
Coordinate creative production schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within quality standards.
5. Digital Asset Management
Organize and maintain the Bank's digital asset library, including photographs, videos, graphics, templates, and design resources.
Ensure creative assets are properly stored, categorized, and easily accessible.
Maintain version control and consistency across all visual materials.
6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Research emerging design trends, multimedia technologies, and digital communication tools.
Recommend creative solutions that improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
Contribute innovative ideas that strengthen the Bank's visual communication strategy.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Marketing and Corporate Communications function.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Film Production, or a related discipline.
Professional certifications in Adobe Creative Suite, Motion Graphics, Photography, Video Production, or related fields will be an added advantage.
Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
Minimum two (2) years' experience in multimedia production, graphic design, digital content creation, or visual communications.
Experience working within the banking, financial services, corporate, advertising, or creative industry is highly desirable.
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing creative design, branding, photography, videography, and digital marketing projects.
