Job Overview
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Executive to support sales and distribution operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, coordinating product deliveries, handling collections, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
Key Responsibilities
Product Delivery and Logistics
Plan delivery routes that are efficient in terms of time and cost based on customer locations.
Identify alternative routes where necessary to support timely deliveries.
Verify dispatched products and assets against the delivery book before accepting responsibility for them.
Sign the dispatch documentation after confirming the items received.
Deliver products safely, accurately, and within the scheduled delivery times.
Follow food safety and handling procedures throughout transportation to prevent product spoilage or loss.
Sales and Customer Engagement
Carry out daily sales activities within the assigned territory or route.
Take accurate orders from customers and follow up to ensure they are fulfilled.
Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Gather current market information, including competitor activities and emerging market trends.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and respond to their needs professionally.
Cash Handling and Reconciliation
Collect customer payments in full and follow approved company procedures when handling and recording collections.
Monitor outstanding orders and customer balances and follow up where necessary.
Reconcile daily collections against delivered orders and payments received.
Report payment discrepancies, shortages, or other collection-related issues immediately.
Reporting and System Management
Submit daily sales, delivery, and collection reports within the required timelines.
Report market changes, customer concerns, stock availability issues, and operational challenges.
Ensure all sales and related transactions are accurately entered and reconciled in the system.
Keep customer and sales records accurate and up to date.
Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in sales distribution, FMCG, fresh produce, or a related sector.
Experience in route sales, product delivery, and cash handling.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in the field and achieve daily sales and delivery targets.
Good numerical and record-keeping abilities.
Reliable, organized, and customer-focused.

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious Driver to support the transportation and delivery of fresh farm produce. The successful candidate will ensure products are transported safely and on time while maintaining the assigned vehicle and completing the required operational records.
Key Responsibilities
Product Handling and Care
Handle fresh produce carefully throughout transportation to maintain its freshness and quality.
Follow established company procedures for handling produce during transport.
Conduct inspections before and after trips to confirm that products are properly loaded and protected from damage.
Ensure produce is handled appropriately during loading, transportation, and delivery.
Vehicle Maintenance
Inspect the assigned truck regularly to ensure it remains in good working condition.
Maintain proper vehicle cleanliness.
Carry out routine safety checks before operating the vehicle.
Report mechanical problems and maintenance requirements promptly to the relevant supervisor.
Fuel Management
Keep accurate records of fuel usage.
Complete and submit required fuel documentation.
Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle mileage.
Report unusual fuel consumption or any fuel-related discrepancies to the relevant supervisor.
Customer Service
Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner during deliveries.
Provide good customer service at delivery points.
Listen to customer concerns regarding deliveries or product quality and report them to the appropriate team when necessary.
Offloading Support
Assist with unloading products at delivery locations.
Ensure products are handled carefully during offloading to minimize bruising, damage, or loss.
Requirements
KCSE certificate or another relevant certificate qualification as the minimum educational requirement.
Valid Kenyan driving licence.
At least 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in delivery, FMCG, fresh produce, or distribution within Nairobi.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and routine safety inspections.
Ability to handle fresh produce carefully during loading, transportation, and offloading.
Reliable, punctual, responsible, and safety-conscious.
