REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Willingness to assist with site inspections, installation supervision, maintenance and quality checks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skills in machine maintenance and servicing, including cabro machines, pumps and motors.
Good communication skills.

SPC Flooring Fundi

Requirements:

Proven practical experience in SPC flooring installation.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SPC or similar interlocking flooring systems.
Demonstrated ability to install SPC flooring independently with minimal supervision.
Good knowledge of floor preparation, levelling requirements, and moisture-related installation considerations.
Ability to read and interpret basic floor layouts, measurements, and installation specifications.
Proficiency in using flooring installation tools, including measuring tapes, cutting machines, spacers, tapping blocks, and other relevant equipment.
Experience installing skirting, transition profiles, and other flooring finishes.
Knowledge of material handling, wastage control, and installation quality standards.
Formal technical training in flooring, carpentry, or interior finishes will be an added advantage
