Qualifications and Experience - Bartender
A diploma in Food and Beverage Service, Hotel and Hospitality Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Understanding of various liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic drinks, the correct glassware, how to prepare drinks, and garnishing techniques.

Knowledge of managing inventory, controlling stock, and experience with POS systems, handling cash, and balancing daily sales.

Formal bartending training in a 4-star hotel or a higher-rated establishment.

Good command of spoken and written English; knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage.


Qualifications and Experience - Waiter
A diploma in Food and Beverage Service, Hotel and Hospitality Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.

At least 2-3 years of experience as a waiter in a 4-star hotel or a high-end hospitality venue.

Strong knowledge of food and beverage service processes and the ability to explain menus, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods clearly.

Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of a foreign language is preferred.

Ability to use POS systems and handle cash effectively.
