Qualifications & Requirements – Caretaker

• Certificate or Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, or a related field.

• Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar role.

• Practical skills in basic maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, will be an added advantage.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and maintenance coordination skills.

• High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability.

Qualifications & Requirements – Housekeeper

• KCSE Certificate or an equivalent qualification.

• At least one (1) to two (2) years of housekeeping experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

• Good attention to detail and effective time management skills.

• Professional, dependable, and customer-oriented.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
