what we are looking for?

• Experience in field sales or business development,

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills,

• A proactive, target-driven mindset

• Experience in the construction or building materials industry is an added advantage,

• A valued motorcycle (two wheeler) driving license is highly preferred.

Project Assistant

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create project templates, task lists, and timelines.

• Manage project updates and database entries.

• Maintain digital site logs and staff timesheets.

• Monitor daily progress and verify submitted reports.

• Create charts and dashboards to track project status.

• Compare planned timelines with actual progress and flag delays.

• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Hands-on experience in site operations and installation works.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools.

• Knowing to ride a motor-bike would be an added advantage.

• Fluency in English and Swahili.
