Role Purpose
The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing software applications that support the organization's digital transformation objectives. The role provides technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, from solution design and architecture to deployment and ongoing support. The incumbent collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions, drive modernization initiatives, and ensure applications meet business, security, and performance requirements.
The Senior Full Stack Developer also mentors development teams, promotes engineering best practices, and leads the adoption of modern software architectures, including microservices and cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Software Design and Development
The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for delivering robust and scalable software solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications.
Develop scalable backend services and responsive frontend applications.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in application architecture and system design discussions.
Ensure applications meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues.
2. Solution Architecture
The role provides technical leadership in application architecture and modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Design scalable software architectures using modern development frameworks.
