Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the Store Keeper will oversee inventory management, stock control, materials issuance, warehouse safety, procurement coordination, staff supervision, compliance and audit support.
The role will focus on maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring appropriate stock levels, minimising losses, providing timely reports and ensuring materials are issued efficiently in accordance with company procedures.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Receive, inspect and verify delivered goods against approved purchase orders and delivery notes.
Confirm quantities, quality and specifications before accepting incoming stock.
Storage & Stock Arrangement
Ensure stock is correctly stored, binned, labelled and arranged for easy identification, access and control.
Stock Control & Record Keeping
Maintain accurate inventory records in the stock management system as well as physical records such as bin cards and stock cards.
Ensure receipts, issues, returns and transfers are recorded promptly.
Stock Counts & Reconciliation
Conduct routine stock counts, including daily spot checks and weekly or monthly physical counts.
Reconcile physical stock with system balances and report any discrepancies.
Issuance of Materials
Release materials only against properly approved and authorised requisitions.
Ensure the quantity, quality and specifications of issued materials are correct.
Warehouse & Safety Management
Maintain a clean, organised and safe store or warehouse environment.
Enforce appropriate stacking, handling, storage and workplace safety procedures.
Procurement Coordination
Work with Procurement, Production and Finance teams to establish stock requirements and initiate reorder requests.
Follow up on pending deliveries, backorders and supplier lead times.
Staff Supervision
Supervise store assistants and casual workers, assign responsibilities and maintain accountability.
Train staff on stock handling, documentation, inventory control and safety procedures.
Compliance & Audit Support
Ensure adherence to company policies, inventory control procedures and audit requirements.
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate records, reports and documentation.
Key Deliverables
Daily stock movement reports.
Goods Received Note (GRN) summaries.
Materials issuance reports.
Reports on variances, damages, expiries and stock losses.
Reorder level alerts.
Monthly stock summaries.
Stock reconciliation reports.
Slow-moving and obsolete stock reports.
Supplier delivery performance reports.
Consumption analysis and reorder forecasts.
Education & Experience
A Degree or Diploma in Business, Logistics or a related field is an added advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in stores or inventory management, preferably in trading, FMCG, retail, logistics or distribution environments.
Practical experience handling goods receipt, storage, issuance and dispatch.
Experience preparing reports, analysing consumption and forecasting stock reorders.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Head of Finance and Administration, the Rider will handle timely deliveries and collections while ensuring the assigned motorcycle remains clean, safe and roadworthy. The role also requires strict adherence to traffic and safety regulations and professional interaction with customers during assignments.
The ideal candidate should be punctual, dependable and well organised, with good knowledge of local routes, basic motorcycle maintenance skills and effective communication abilities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Delivery & Collection
Deliver packages and documents to designated locations promptly while following approved routes and schedules.
Collect returns, documents, packages and other assigned items from customers, offices and other locations when required.
Customer Service
Provide courteous, professional and efficient service to customers, staff and external contacts.
Maintain a positive approach and assist in resolving delivery-related concerns.
Motorbike Maintenance
Inspect the motorcycle before and after each shift to confirm that it is in proper working condition.
Immediately report mechanical faults, defects or accidents to the supervisor.
Keep the assigned motorcycle clean and ensure it remains properly functional.
Documentation & Reporting
Complete delivery forms, receipts and other required documentation accurately.
Ensure all deliveries and collections are properly recorded and supporting records maintained.
Time Management
Organise daily routes efficiently to complete assigned deliveries and errands on time.
Manage working time effectively to meet specified deadlines.
Compliance
Follow all applicable traffic laws, road safety requirements and company policies concerning deliveries and motorcycle use.

Previous experience in delivery, messenger, dispatch or rider work is an added advantage.
