Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or another related discipline. Relevant practical experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications where applicable.
At least two years of proven experience in debt recovery, debt collection, credit control, or a related function.
Previous experience in customer service, collections, or credit management will be an added advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Good understanding of applicable consumer protection regulations and debt collection laws.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability.
Strong record-keeping, documentation, and reporting skills.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines and recovery targets.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, CPP, or an equivalent procurement qualification will be an added advantage.
Between two and five years of practical experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, depending on the level of the position.
Hands-on experience using procurement management software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Demonstrated expertise in supplier identification and evaluation, contract administration, vendor relationship management, and procurement operations.
Experience within the logistics, freight, shipping, or transportation industry will be considered an added advantage.
