Job Overview
The Principal Administration Officer will work under the direction of a Director and support the effective management of transport, office facilities, utilities, staff welfare, and general administrative services.
Key Responsibilities
Control and monitor the use of official vehicles by approving vehicle movements, maintaining accurate work ticket records, and ensuring scheduled servicing and maintenance are completed.
Coordinate transport personnel and assign duties according to operational requirements.
Supervise outsourced cleaning personnel and ensure satisfactory service delivery.
Manage fuel orders and fuel cards and compile monthly fuel consumption reports.
Assist employees with identifying suitable office accommodation and workspace.
Ensure staff have the necessary tools, equipment, and a suitable working environment.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness across offices and other organizational facilities.
Ensure tea, drinking water, and other basic staff welfare requirements are provided on time.
Coordinate the acquisition and renewal of relevant licenses.
Arrange timely repair and maintenance of office buildings, equipment, and furniture.
Facilitate prompt payment of electricity, water, and other utility bills.
Work with the Procurement Department to establish and implement procedures for disposal of organizational vehicles.
Maintain current records of all organizational vehicles and equipment.
Ensure licenses for vehicles and equipment are renewed before expiry.
Coordinate the timely resolution and settlement of cases involving vehicle accidents.
Person Specifications
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
At least 8 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity within the public or private sector.
A Master's degree in Public Administration, Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Office Management, Social Sciences, or another relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
A Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Office Management, Social Sciences, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Completion of a management course lasting at least four weeks from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Demonstrated ability to achieve positive work results.
Compliance with the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.

Job Overview
The Driver will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation for Board members, staff, and organizational goods while ensuring assigned vehicles remain properly maintained and compliant with traffic and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport Board personnel and goods between designated locations as instructed.
Identify vehicle faults or mechanical problems and report them promptly.
Record all vehicle movements accurately using the required work ticket system.
Monitor vehicle servicing, maintenance, and insurance schedules and report upcoming requirements.
Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good condition at all times.
Report accidents, incidents, or other vehicle-related occurrences immediately in accordance with established procedures.
Operate vehicles in compliance with applicable traffic laws and road safety requirements.
Person Specifications
Applicants must have:
KCSE qualification with a minimum grade of D+ or an equivalent qualification.
Successfully completed Occupational Test III for drivers.
At least 4 years of active driving experience in Classes B, C, and E.
A valid driving license.
A relevant craft certificate.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Good knowledge of the Highway Code.
Compliance with Chapter Six requirements of the Constitution of Kenya.
