Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate successful deal closures and achieve business objectives.
Develop accurate cost estimates, technical proposals, and solution recommendations that address client requirements.
Coordinate and manage the bid process by preparing responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and tender submissions.
Review complex tender documents and prepare comprehensive responses that effectively address both technical and functional specifications.
Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to strengthen product positioning and support sales strategies.
Assist the sales team in qualifying prospective clients and ensure all sales materials, presentations, and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
Contribute to revenue generation by supporting sales activities and helping achieve established performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to encourage long-term business partnerships.
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and professional presentations to showcase solutions and address customer needs.
Prepare customized quotations and proposals that align with client expectations and project requirements.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship development with potential customers.
Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
Minimum Qualifications and Competencies
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a business or technology-related field is an added advantage.
At least two years of professional experience, preferably in software or technology sales.
Good understanding of business-to-business (B2B) sales processes and customer relationship management.
Knowledge of tender management procedures and procurement processes.
Ability to prepare, interpret, and evaluate complex technical specifications and bid documents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Proven relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Inventory Officer
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire inventory lifecycle, including receiving, storage, distribution, utilization, and disposal of stock.
Monitor inventory levels and prepare regular reports to ensure adequate stock availability for current and future projects.
Conduct periodic inventory audits and risk assessments while implementing controls that improve efficiency and accountability.
Prepare, issue, and maintain accurate records of delivery notes and inventory requests.
Record and track all incoming and outgoing inventory, supporting both physical stock reconciliation and system-based reconciliation using Zoho.
Participate in implementing inventory automation initiatives and continuous process improvement projects, including material request workflows.
Maintain accurate inventory financial records by tracking stock costs, valuations, and accounting information to ensure data integrity.
Record and monitor all inventory transactions, including purchases, adjustments, transfers, and disposals, ensuring financial accuracy.
Perform regular reconciliations between physical inventory and accounting records, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
Prepare detailed financial and inventory reports covering stock movement, project costs, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
Analyze inventory-related financial information to identify trends, improve cost efficiency, and recommend process enhancements.
Provide management with actionable insights that support strategic inventory planning and informed decision-making.
Work collaboratively with the finance department to ensure inventory accounting aligns with organizational financial reporting standards.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and internal inventory control policies.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certification in Inventory Management (CIMA), Accounting (CPA), or Supply Chain Management (CIPS-UK or CPSP-K).
Experience managing inventory within project-based environments.
Familiarity with technology products and equipment such as CCTV systems, access control solutions, networking devices, and related IT infrastructure.
