• Active membership in a recognized professional HR body.

• CHRP certification is an added advantage.

• Experience in the private security industry will be an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of Kenyan employment legislation, HR practices, labour relations, and workplace compliance.

• Good understanding of HR administration, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and staff welfare.

• Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Ability to protect confidential employee and organizational information and handle sensitive matters professionally.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in standard office applications and HR management systems.

• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
