Graduate Trainee
Qualifications and Experience - Human Resource Business Partner
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Holding the CHRP-K qualification is a plus.You must also be an active member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and in good standing.At least six years of general work experience is needed, with a minimum of three years specifically in HRBP roles within a manufacturing setting.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HRMIS/SAGE People or a similar ERP/HR system is essential.Strong communication skills in both English and Kiswahili are required.
Who We Are Looking For - Graduate Trainee
We are seeking university graduates with a BSc in Civil Engineering and up to two years of experience after graduation.
A minimum of a B+ grade in KCSE is required.Candidates should be 28 years of age or younger.A strong academic background is important.Demonstrated leadership potential and excellent communication abilities are necessary.You should be able to apply theoretical knowledge to understand operational practices.A willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is also a must.
