About the Role
We are looking for a committed and detail-focused Hotel Manager to take charge of a boutique property and ensure guests receive an exceptional, personalized experience. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a hands-on environment, creating memorable stays, developing distinctive services and maintaining a warm atmosphere that sets the hotel apart from larger chain properties.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience: Deliver attentive and personalized service throughout every stage of the guest journey, from check-in to departure.
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day activities across the front office, housekeeping, food and beverage and other hotel functions.
Team Development: Recruit, train and motivate a small team while building a strong culture around boutique hospitality.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, track business performance and identify ways to improve profitability.
Brand Management: Protect the hotel’s distinctive identity and ensure its service standards and overall presentation remain consistent.
Local Partnerships: Establish relationships with local businesses and work with them to improve guest experiences and strengthen community connections.
Business Growth: Identify additional revenue opportunities, develop strategic partnerships and explore ways to increase the hotel’s market presence.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience managing boutique or luxury hospitality establishments.
Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, combined with a practical, hands-on management style.
Genuine commitment to personalized guest service and exceptional attention to detail.
Good financial understanding and the ability to manage the resources of a smaller-scale operation effectively.

Job Description
Our client, a major company operating in the FMCG/manufacturing industry, is looking for an Inbound Warehouse Coordinator to manage incoming materials, support smooth warehouse operations and maintain accurate inventory records and controls.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the receiving, storage, maintenance and issuance of materials and inventory within the warehouse.
Record and manage all inbound inventory transactions in SAP, ensuring entries are accurate and completed promptly.
Check supplier deliveries against purchase orders to confirm that quantities and material quality meet specified requirements.
Prepare rejection documentation for materials that do not meet requirements and follow up on replacements or applicable credit notes.
Track inventory movements and review warehouse reports to identify and correct incomplete or inaccurate records.
Keep the warehouse properly arranged, clean and orderly while following 5S practices.
Organise periodic stocktaking exercises, including preparation, physical counts, system reconciliation and investigation of discrepancies.
Carry out regular SKU reconciliations and ensure all differences are properly investigated and resolved.
Maintain sufficient inventory for operational needs while controlling holding costs and preventing stock shortages.
Ensure materials are stored correctly and that FIFO procedures are consistently applied.
Comply with relevant quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, risk management and warehouse standards.
Participate in warehouse improvement initiatives and other operational projects.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Finance, Quality Assurance, Materials Planning, suppliers, transport providers and other relevant stakeholders.
Key Performance Areas
Effective management and availability of production materials and engineering spare parts.
Accurate and prompt preparation of inventory reports.
Reduction of stock losses and inventory discrepancies.
Correct and timely recording of materials and spare parts in the ERP system.
Compliance with warehouse procedures, quality standards, safety requirements and audit controls.
Prompt service and turnaround for internal customers and other stakeholders.
Secure, organised and appropriate storage of all inventory.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in a Business-related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
CIPS professional qualification or progress toward Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply certification is an added advantage.
Strong computer literacy.
Practical experience using SAP or another ERP/inventory management system is highly desirable.
