Key Responsibilities
Handle and assist with bank and account reconciliation activities.
Review and interpret financial information generated from the General Ledger and accounting platforms.
Offer technical assistance and direction to other members of the accounting team.
Help ensure all month-end closing procedures are completed correctly and within the required timelines.
Contribute to accounting process enhancements and system migration activities.
Assist with client audits and handle accounting-related information requests from clients.
Requirements
A technical qualification in Accounting or relevant practical accounting experience.
1–3 years of experience working in an accounting role.
Strong Excel capabilities, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and functions.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B1 or above).
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and email applications.
Strong analytical ability, organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Senior Benefits Analyst – US Market

The Senior Benefits Analyst will serve as a senior resource within the Benefits Administration team, helping guide and develop other Benefits Analysts. The position focuses on evaluating, setting up, and maintaining electronic benefits enrollment systems, together with associated files, reports, and data exchanges involving brokers, consolidators, insurance carriers, and other third parties.
The role also involves reviewing and auditing benefits administration systems and vendor applications, investigating reported problems, correcting errors, and escalating issues when necessary. Additional areas of responsibility include DataBridge, ACA compliance, 401(k) administration, and technical support during customer benefits renewal activities.
Responsibilities
Monitor calls and provide mentoring to members of the benefits team when required.
Train and assist Benefit Analysts in their day-to-day responsibilities.
Act as a subject matter expert in payroll audits involving benefit deductions and communicate required debit or credit corrections to the relevant teams to maintain payroll accuracy.
Take a leading role in benefits-related projects, including online enrollment, ACA compliance, and DataBridge data import and export activities.
Set up, administer, and maintain electronic benefits enrollment systems.
Manage electronic data feeds and integrations involving carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators.
Investigate system problems and data inconsistencies and work with internal teams and vendors to resolve them.
Oversee ACA compliance reporting, including preparation of 1095-C forms and electronic submissions to the IRS.
Assist customers by phone with more complex benefits-related questions.
Support annual benefits renewals by updating system configurations, plan structures, rates, and eligibility requirements.
Serve as an escalation resource for customer calls and provide telephone support when necessary.
Develop customized reports for clients, management teams, and vendors.
Provide expertise in PrismHR configurations and reporting related to benefit eligibility for new employees and annual renewal periods.
Set up and maintain benefit plans, contribution structures, rates, and online enrollment configurations throughout the implementation process.
Configure and administer FSA, HSA, and 401(k) benefit plans.

Solid experience working in a customer service-focused environment.
Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent teamwork, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
At least 5 years of experience in U.S. benefits administration or HRIS systems, with progressively greater responsibilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
Experience working with Zendesk or another ticket management system.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with PrismHR is an added advantage.
Knowledge and experience using Zendesk.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Information
The position currently follows a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days in the office.
The job requires extended periods of computer-based work.
