Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
Between three and five years of practical experience managing retail stores, boutiques, or similar business operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and supervise teams while fostering a productive work environment.
Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service, implementing visual merchandising strategies, and driving sales performance.
Strong marketing, communication, and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to prepare reports and manage daily store operations effectively.
Good sense of fashion, professional appearance, and the ability to represent the brand positively and consistently.

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field.
At least one year of hands-on experience working in a bar, liquor outlet, or beverage department.
Comprehensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages, wines, spirits, beers, and other drink products.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques while enhancing the customer experience.
Experience managing stock levels, conducting inventory counts, and minimizing product losses.
Competent in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems, handling cash transactions, and performing cashier responsibilities accurately.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide professional and personalized service.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
