Executive Assistant
Risk & Compliance Officer

Qualifications & Experience – Executive Assistant
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Public Administration, Corporate Communications, or a related field.
Professional certification in Executive Office Management, Corporate Governance, Project Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline will be an added advantage.
At least eight years of proven experience providing high-level administrative and executive support to Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), Managing Directors, Board Chairs, or other C-suite executives within a corporate setting.
Previous experience supporting several senior executives simultaneously, preferably in financial services, investment banking, professional services, or other fast-paced corporate environments, will be highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate Board meetings, prepare executive reports, handle confidential information, and facilitate executive decision-making processes.
Excellent business writing, report preparation, presentation development, minute-taking, and document management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual collaboration tools.
Qualifications & Experience – Risk & Compliance Officer
Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Risk Management, or a closely related discipline.
A valid CMA Compliance Certification or another compliance qualification recognised by the Capital Markets Authority is mandatory.
Additional professional qualifications such as ICA, ACAMS, CFA, ACCA, CPA (K), or FRM will be considered an advantage.
Between four and six years of relevant experience in risk and compliance within an investment bank, stockbroker, fund manager, investment adviser, or another CMA-regulated institution.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Capital Markets Act, CMA Regulations, NSE Rules, CDSC requirements, POCAMLA, AML/CFT regulations, and Kenya's Data Protection Act.
Proven experience overseeing regulatory compliance, maintaining relationships with regulators, managing statutory reporting obligations, and implementing enterprise risk management frameworks.
Experience developing governance structures, internal controls, compliance procedures, and organizational policies.
Strong analytical, reporting, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems will be an added advantage.
Qualifications & Experience – Human Resource Governance Manager
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Law, or another relevant field.
Professional HR certification such as CHRP(K), IHRM, CIPD, SHRM, or an equivalent qualification is required.
A minimum of seven years of progressive Human Resources experience with significant exposure to HR governance, policy development, compliance, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
Practical experience conducting HR audits, reviewing HR systems, or implementing governance and compliance frameworks within regulated industries.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour legislation, HR governance principles, and statutory compliance requirements.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing performance management systems, KPIs, KRAs, and employee appraisal processes.
Excellent analytical, report writing, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior leadership and key business stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience – Human Resource Officer
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Professional certification such as CHRP(K), IHRM, CIPD, or an equivalent HR qualification will be an added advantage.
At least five years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with practical exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations.
Proven experience working as an HR generalist within a fast-paced or expanding organization.
Good understanding of Kenyan employment laws, disciplinary procedures, and HR compliance practices.
Previous experience in banking, financial services, professional services, or other corporate environments will be an added advantage.
Experience reviewing HR policies and supporting the implementation of performance management initiatives.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a lean HR environment.
