Qualifications & Requirements – Showroom Sales Associate (Mombasa)

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the furniture, home décor, or home goods industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.

• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.

Qualifications & Requirements – Customer Service Representative

• A minimum of two to three years of experience in Banking, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Telecommunications, Debt Collection, or Call Centre operations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, supported by strong interpersonal abilities.

• Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communications, or another relevant field.

• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct and a clean Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) record.

• Strong problem-solving skills, customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
