Landscaping Manager
Labour Desk Administrator
Qualifications & Requirements – Landscaping Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, Agriculture, or a related field. A master’s degree, postgraduate qualification, or professional certifications in Landscaping, Horticulture, Arboriculture, Irrigation, Project Management, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), ISO Management Systems, or Facilities Management will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in ArcGIS, AutoCAD, landscape design software, Microsoft Project, and other work management and reporting systems.
A minimum of 10–12 years of progressive experience in large-scale landscaping, estate management, public realm development, parks, hospitality, commercial properties, or mixed-use developments, including at least five years in a leadership or management role.
Proven experience supervising large teams, managing contractors and vendors, overseeing budgets, and engaging effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Strong technical knowledge of soft and hard landscaping, irrigation systems, climate-resilient planting, arboriculture, soil management, pest and disease control, equipment operation, and sustainable landscape maintenance.
Experience reviewing landscape designs and technical drawings, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), interpreting design specifications, and coordinating project implementation with consultants, contractors, urban planners, and site teams.
Qualifications & Requirements – Labour Desk Administrator
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting labour operations within the civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure sector.
Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate workforce planning and labour resource allocation effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using payroll or Human Resource Management systems.
Strong organizational, administrative, and record management skills.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
