Qualifications and Experience – Marketing Officer

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
Demonstrated experience in planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Previous experience in healthcare marketing will be considered an added advantage.
Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling marketing content and campaigns.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects within established timelines.

Qualifications and Experience – Finance Officer (Accounts Payable)

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field from a recognized institution.
CPA (K) Part II or above, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification. Full CPA (K) or ACCA certification will be an added advantage.
Two (2) to four (4) years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or a Finance Officer role, preferably within a multi-site organization, healthcare institution, or service-oriented environment.
Practical experience using QuickBooks or other computerized accounting systems.
Sound knowledge of Kenyan tax and statutory compliance requirements, including PAYE, Withholding Tax (WHT), Value Added Tax (VAT), and eTIMS/ETR regulations.
Experience managing high-volume supplier payments and weekly payment cycles involving multiple approval levels.
Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet strict financial reporting and payment deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
