Diploma or bachelor's degree in Food Science, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including HACCP and ISO 22000 standards.
Good understanding of chemical analysis techniques and the nutritional composition of raw materials.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Good verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of quality requirements within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to embrace change, support continuous improvement initiatives, and deliver results.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Practical knowledge of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, as well as electrical installation and maintenance practices.
A minimum of three years of experience in a busy manufacturing or industrial production environment.
Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and SCADA systems will be considered an added advantage.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with experience in planning maintenance activities and making sound technical decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop technical teams effectively.
