Merchandiser – Ayaz Real Estate

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented FMCG Merchandiser to support product visibility and sales across assigned retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure company products are properly displayed across assigned modern trade outlets.

• Check that products are adequately stocked, correctly priced and attractively presented.

• Monitor inventory levels, product availability and expiry dates.

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with retail customers.

• Implement promotional activities and set up point-of-sale materials.

• Monitor competitor products and activities within assigned outlets.

• Prepare and submit daily merchandising reports.

• Ensure merchandising standards are consistently maintained.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in FMCG merchandising.

• Strong communication, negotiation and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory.

Profile

We are seeking a creative, confident and energetic Content Creator with an interest in food, branding and digital storytelling. The successful candidate should be able to develop engaging content around spices, nuts and other food products while communicating effectively with different audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media and other digital platforms.

• Produce product photography, videos, reels and promotional materials.

• Cover product launches, activations, events and promotional campaigns.

• Develop creative concepts that increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

• Edit photographs and videos for digital marketing campaigns.

• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support campaigns.

• Monitor social media trends and create timely, relevant content.

• Maintain consistent quality and brand messaging across published content.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Media, Communication or a related field.

• Experience creating content or managing social media within the FMCG sector is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Photoshop or similar content creation tools.

• Good photography, videography and video editing skills.

• Comfortable appearing on camera and presenting content.

• Strong written and spoken English.

• Creative, proactive and capable of working independently.

• Must provide a portfolio or samples of previous work.
