Requirements (Must-have) - Accountant (Real Estate)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3–5+ years of accounting experience
2+ years in real estate or property management (preferred)
Experience with AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or similar software, along with QuickBooks
Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
Knowledge of trust accounting and real estate regulations
Strong attention to detail and a growth mindset

Requirements (Must-have) - System Administrator
3+ years of significant experience in systems administration, IT auditing, or software stack management
Deep expertise in configuring, managing, and optimizing enterprise CCaaS platforms and their supporting ecosystems (QA, Reporting, SSO, Security)
Proven track record of managing enterprise software lifecycles, from ROI analysis to deployment
Highly autonomous executor who requires minimal supervision to drive major projects to completion
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
High level of work ethic, professionalism, punctuality, and reliability

Requirements and Skills: - Sales Development Representative – Bilingüe
Advanced conversational English (B2+/C1) – essential for interacting with U.S.
clients
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales BPO
Proven track record in prospecting, lead generation, and outbound sales
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
