Professional certification in Yoga, Pilates, Fitness Training, Wellness Coaching, or a related wellness discipline.
Qualification in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Holistic Health, or other complementary wellness practices.
Sound knowledge of nutrition, healthy lifestyle practices, fitness, and holistic wellbeing.
A minimum of three years of experience delivering wellness, fitness, spa, or holistic health services.
Current First Aid and CPR certification will be an added advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages will be considered an advantage.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on operational requirements.

Certificate or Diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Holistic Therapy, or a related field.
Previous professional experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably within a hospitality, wellness, spa, or luxury resort environment.
Practical knowledge of a wide range of massage techniques, body therapies, and wellness treatments.
Good understanding of hygiene, health and safety standards, and exceptional guest care practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
Current First Aid certification will be considered an added advantage.

A minimum of three to five years of experience in luxury safari travel planning or high-end travel consultancy.
Extensive knowledge of East African destinations, accommodation facilities, safari products, and regional travel logistics.
Practical experience using Tourplan, HubSpot, Safari Portal, or other travel reservation and itinerary management systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to design exceptional travel experiences.
