Professional Experience
A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in quality assurance, compliance, internal controls, risk management, operational management, or organizational development.
Proven work experience within international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) or development-focused institutions.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement organizational policies, operational procedures, and quality management systems.
Previous professional experience working in African countries outside the applicant's country of origin will be considered an added advantage.
Experience providing support to programs or operations across multiple countries is highly desirable.
Performance Development Manager
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Development, Development Studies, Public Administration, Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, Social Sciences, or another relevant discipline.
At least seven years of relevant professional experience in development or organizational performance management.
Experience working with international NGOs or development organizations.
Demonstrated expertise in performance management, organizational development, strategic planning, or related functions.
Experience working in African countries other than the applicant's home country is considered an advantage.
Previous involvement in coordinating or supporting multi-country programs is preferred.
Legal Officer
Qualifications and Skills
Degree or Higher Diploma in Law from a recognized institution.
A minimum of three years' professional experience in a Legal Officer or similar legal support role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Sound knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and legal compliance requirements.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to prepare, review, and manage complex legal documents.
Previous experience in the non-governmental organization (NGO) sector will be an added advantage.
Ability to communicate in more than one language is desirable.
Familiarity with modern office technologies, including Microsoft Office applications, office equipment, telecommunications systems, and digital communication platforms.
