Renal Product Specialist
Qualifications & Experience – Accounts Assistant (Cashier)
CPA Part II qualification and/or a Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
A minimum of two years' experience in a comparable finance and administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced commercial or healthcare setting.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles, cashiering procedures, invoicing, and ERP systems, with NetSuite experience being an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, bookkeeping applications, and M-Pesa reconciliation processes.
Demonstrated accuracy, integrity, and discretion when handling financial records and information.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration across departments.
Excellent organizational abilities, close attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Qualifications & Experience – Dispatch Assistant / Rider
Minimum KCSE certificate. A Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Valid Class "F" or "G" motorcycle riding license with a clean riding record and at least two years of riding experience.
Basic training in Good Distribution Practice (GDP) or Good Storage Practice (GSP) will be an added advantage.
A minimum of two years' experience in dispatch, courier, or delivery operations.
Good knowledge of Nairobi road networks and the surrounding regions.
Basic understanding of motorcycle maintenance and operations will be an advantage.
Previous experience transporting pharmaceuticals or other sensitive products will be an added advantage.
Fluency in both English and Kiswahili, with knowledge of additional regional languages considered an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience – Renal Product Specialist
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Nursing, or another science-related field. An MBA or an equivalent management qualification will be an added advantage.
More than two years of sales experience in renal products within the pharmaceutical industry.
Good understanding of Kenya's renal care and pharmaceutical landscape.
Demonstrated sales success with strong knowledge of renal centres across the country.
Comprehensive clinical knowledge of renal consumables together with a strong understanding of renal machine operations and dynamics.
Strategic thinking skills with the ability to align training initiatives.
