Job Responsibilities
Support the sales team with routine sales activities and customer follow-ups.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and basic sales performance reports.
Keep customer records and filing systems accurate, complete and up to date.
Respond to customer calls, emails and messages while coordinating with relevant internal departments.
Assist with communication involving dealers and distributors.
Support after-sales activities and customer coordination.
Handle other administrative duties related to sales as assigned.
Requirements
Female applicants are preferred.
Previous work experience is not required. Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Well-organised, responsible, attentive to detail and willing to learn.
Basic English communication skills.
Chinese language ability is an added advantage.
A Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred but not compulsory.
Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
Work toward achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Promote solar inverters, lithium batteries, solar panels and energy storage solutions.
Build and maintain customer relationships and manage sales negotiations.
Establish and expand dealer, distributor and other sales channels.
Prepare sales performance reports and provide updates on market developments.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
Previous experience in solar, electrical products, inverters, batteries or renewable energy is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation and sales-closing abilities.
Good understanding of the Nairobi market.
Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred.
Experience working with Chinese solar brands, inverters or lithium battery products is highly preferred.
Good English communication skills.
A Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Supply Chain Development Manager
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Nairobi
Experience: 2–4 years
Field: Procurement / Store-keeping / Supply Chain
Key Responsibilities
Source and onboard Kenyan manufacturers, brands, distributors, wholesalers, SMEs and other sellers.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of local suppliers across priority product categories.
Negotiate pricing, commissions, commercial terms, supply arrangements and promotional support with suppliers.
Assist sellers with onboarding, documentation, account creation, product listing and marketplace training.
Work closely with category, warehouse, logistics and marketing teams to improve the performance of local sellers.
Develop seller growth strategies covering promotions, product assortment expansion and pricing improvements.
Prepare regular reports covering supplier acquisition, active seller growth, sales performance and progress in local sourcing.
Monitor seller performance, pricing and category opportunities using relevant data and analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
At least 4 years of experience in supplier acquisition, business development, procurement, marketplace operations or key account management.
Strong understanding of Kenyan manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, brands and SME supplier networks.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, electronics, fashion, beauty, household products or general trade is preferred.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, networking and relationship-management abilities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess supplier performance, pricing and category opportunities.
