Role Overview
The Retail Customer Experience Agent will support customers through the complete mobility product onboarding process at a retail outlet. The role involves product presentations, customer education, document verification, system data entry, asset handover and ensuring customers understand how to safely and effectively use their mobility products.
Key Responsibilities
Present mobility products to prospective customers through product pitches, demonstrations and induction sessions.
Explain financing arrangements, insurance requirements, driving school obligations and customer responsibilities.
Review customer KYC documentation and confirm compliance with applicable policies.
Enter customer information accurately into the relevant systems and coordinate with the Customer Care Team for screening.
Identify potential fraud indicators, discrepancies or inconsistencies in customer documentation and escalate them through the appropriate channels.
Check asset readiness, including mechanical condition, battery charge and availability of required accessories.
Coordinate the complete customer onboarding process from verification and training through activation and product issuance.
Record and complete the handover of motorcycles, helmets, accessories and other equipment to customers.
Train customers on safe riding practices, insurance, battery handling, charging procedures, payments and application usage.
Confirm that customers understand the training provided and maintain accurate attendance records.
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure smooth daily operations at the assigned retail outlet.
Work on-site at the designated retail shop and report to the Customer Experience Officer.
Requirements
Diploma or other tertiary-level training in any field.
At least one year of customer service experience.
Previous front-office experience is an advantage.
Basic technical knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.
Strong customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to handle several responsibilities effectively in a fast-moving work environment.
Excellent attention to detail, particularly when managing shop operations and customer records.
Professional, approachable and courteous manner when dealing with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
