RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve the required monthly loan disbursement targets while keeping the portfolio at a PAR of 8% or lower.
Develop weekly marketing and customer activation plans.
Identify and acquire new customers and promote additional NCL products to existing clients.
Increase awareness of the company’s products within the target market.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
Competent in using Microsoft Office applications.
Previous exposure to import financing will be an added advantage.
Willingness to undergo training on NCL’s marketing strategy, policies, and procedures.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
SALES TEAM LEADER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise, motivate, and guide a sales team towards strong performance.
Develop and maintain a healthy and quality loan portfolio.
Recruit, coach, and support Sales Agents to improve their performance and capabilities.
Track portfolio performance and oversee collection activities.
Explore new market segments, identify business opportunities, and generate prospective leads.
Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Business or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience managing or leading a sales team.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Results-driven approach with strong customer relationship management skills.
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
