Qualifications – Clinical Officer (Pediatrics)
Requirements
Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognized institution.
Higher National Diploma in Pediatrics.
Minimum of one (1) year of post-qualification experience in pediatric clinical practice.
Qualifications – Pharmaceutical Technologist
Requirements
Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized training institution.
Registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) of Kenya.
Valid and current practicing licence.
Proficiency in computer applications.
At least one (1) year of relevant experience, preferably in a busy hospital environment.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong commitment to quality patient care and excellent customer service.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
Qualifications – Senior Procurement & Operations Manager
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Professional certification such as CIPS, KISM, CPSP-K, or an equivalent procurement qualification.
Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, facilities, or asset management, including at least four (4) years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience leading cross-functional or multidisciplinary teams.
Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and procurement best practices.
Experience overseeing operational functions, facilities, and asset management.
Sound understanding of financial management, budgeting, and risk management principles.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and change management skills.
Results-oriented professional with a strong focus on accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
