Sales Representative-Credit
Education/Experience Needed: - Collections Agents
Minimum KCSE or equivalent qualification.
1 to 2 years of experience in collections, debt recovery, call center, customer service, or credit operations.
Experience in fintech, banking, SACCO, microfinance, or digital lending is a plus.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or collections systems is an advantage.
Education/Experience Needed: - Collections Officer
Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in collections, loan recovery, credit control, customer service, or related areas is an advantage.
Knowledge of credit recovery processes and customer engagement practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, or reporting tools is a plus.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for field visits.
Education/Experience Needed: - Sales Representative-Credit
Minimum KCSE or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in selling loans/credit and loan disbursement processes or business development in fintech, financial services, or related industries.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver results.
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
Valid driving license and willingness to conduct regular field visits.
