Key Responsibilities - Marketing Intern
Create engaging and creative social media content, including reels, captions, and other digital media, to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Brainstorm, develop, and support innovative marketing campaigns that align with the organization's brand and business objectives.
Assist in planning and executing brand activations, promotional events, and marketing initiatives.
Develop compelling stories and content for digital platforms to strengthen the brand’s online presence and customer engagement.

Requirements - Head of Pastry
Degree or Diploma in Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment, including at least three (3) years as a Head Pastry Chef or in a similar leadership role.
Mandatory expertise in French pastry techniques, including viennoiserie, entremets, plated desserts, and chocolate and sugar artistry.
Proven ability to combine creativity, innovation, and exceptional flavour in premium pastry production.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
