Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote automotive products and services.
Handle incoming customer enquiries, provide relevant product information and identify possible sales leads.
Source, qualify and follow up on leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and other approved channels.
Maintain consistent communication with prospects to advance opportunities through the sales process.
Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate vehicles, equipment or related products.
Accurately capture customer interactions, enquiries, leads and follow-up activities in the CRM or designated systems.
Arrange appointments, showroom visits, product demonstrations and consultations for the sales team.
Assist with market research, customer feedback collection, lead-generation initiatives and other sales-support activities.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and confident telephone approach.
Genuine interest in sales, customer service and the automotive sector.
Energetic, persuasive and comfortable making frequent outbound calls.
Good computer skills and ability to work with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp and other digital communication tools.

Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO while also handling selected personal coordination, travel and household-related responsibilities. The role requires a highly organised, trustworthy and proactive individual who can manage schedules, priorities, communication and follow-ups using modern digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s professional and personal diary, coordinating appointments, meetings, priorities and follow-ups.
Monitor correspondence and inboxes, track action items and ensure important tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, transportation and detailed travel schedules.
Prepare meeting materials and briefs, organise documentation, record action points and provide general administrative assistance.
Maintain well-organised digital records covering expenses, receipts, contacts, documents and other relevant business and personal information.
Develop and maintain trackers, workflows and organisational systems using platforms such as Notion, CRM software and AI-powered tools.
Coordinate personal and household requirements when necessary, including appointments, service providers, household staff and errands.
Provide support during company events, staff activities and basic social media or content-related tasks when required.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Communications or a related field.
At least three years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a comparable administrative coordination position.
Previous experience supporting a senior executive, entrepreneur or business owner is preferred.
Strong abilities in diary management, travel arrangements, administration and organisation.
Practical knowledge of productivity tools such as Notion, CRM systems and AI platforms including ChatGPT or Claude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with employees, suppliers, clients and senior stakeholders.
Proactive, reliable and capable of handling competing priorities while working with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of Canva, phone photography, video production or basic content creation will be an added advantage.

Ability to work effectively with multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
