MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS - Nurse In-Charge
Diploma in Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing; a degree in Nursing is considered an advantage.

Valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) license.

Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or in-charge position.

Mandatory certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Excellent clinical, customer service, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS - Oncology Nurse

Diploma or degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.

Higher Diploma in Oncology Nursing from a recognized institution (mandatory).

Registration with the Nursing Council of Kenya.

Valid Practice License as an Oncology Nurse.

Valid Certificate in BLS and ACLS.

At least 1 year of working experience as an Oncology Nurse in a reputable health facility.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS - OPD/A&E Nurse In-Charge

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.

Valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) license.

Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or in-charge role, preferably in OPD/A&E.

Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is mandatory.

Certification in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) is an added advantage.
