Role Summary
The Project Assistant will support the Programs Manager and Project Manager in planning, coordinating, governing and monitoring client projects and internal programs. The role will maintain accurate project records, monitor commitments and delivery progress, coordinate project meetings and support timely reporting and stakeholder follow-up.
The position will contribute to improved project visibility, audit readiness, documentation quality and operational efficiency across the project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day coordination of assigned projects and programs from initiation through completion.
Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, action registers, risk and issue trackers, task lists and delivery calendars.
Coordinate project meetings, including invitations, agendas, supporting documents, minutes, decisions, action owners and deadlines.
Follow up with internal teams, customers, partners and vendors on agreed actions, dependencies, approvals and deadlines.
Prepare draft weekly, monthly, milestone-based and executive project status reports for review.
Maintain organised project records in SharePoint, Teams and other approved repositories.
Support the preparation and administration of project plans, Statements of Work, readiness assessments, migration schedules, communication plans, change requests, closure reports and project completion evidence.
Track project deliverables, resource allocations, customer approvals, completion evidence and portfolio-level updates.
Support Microsoft-funded engagements, voucher tracking, program milestones, customer engagement records and related delivery evidence.
Assist in maintaining project management templates, checklists, trackers, standard operating procedures and lessons learned.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in project administration, project coordination, PMO support, operations coordination or IT project delivery.
Working knowledge of project schedules, status reporting, risk and issue tracking, action tracking, document control and project governance support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Planner.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisation, prioritisation, time management and follow-through.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records across multiple projects.
Experience supporting technology projects involving Microsoft 365, cloud, cybersecurity, migration, adoption, managed services or digital transformation is an added advantage.
CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile Foundation, Scrum Fundamentals or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
Microsoft Fundamentals certifications will be an added benefit where supported by project delivery experience.

Role Summary
The Telesales Representative will support business growth through lead generation, customer engagement, opportunity qualification and structured sales follow-up. The role involves promoting technology solutions across Modern Work, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Infrastructure, Business Applications, Managed Services and Digital Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
Respond to inbound sales enquiries and convert prospects into qualified opportunities, quotations, meetings or closed sales.
Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, timelines, budgets, decision-making processes and revenue potential.
Maintain accurate CRM records covering calls, customer information, follow-ups, pipeline updates and sales activities.
Follow up on prospects, renewals, upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support revenue growth and customer retention.
Work with sales and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Academic Qualifications
Minimum KCSE mean grade of C+ or equivalent, with at least C+ in English, Kiswahili and Mathematics.

Minimum Requirements

About the Program
The Graduate Trainee Program is a structured 3-month, sales-focused career development program designed to develop future talent in sales, presales and solution consulting.
The program will progress through three stages:
Sales Trainee – Learn about solutions, customer engagement, sales processes, CRM usage, opportunity qualification and pipeline management.
Presales Trainee – Support customer discovery, demonstrations, proposals, tender responses and objection handling.
Solution Trainee – Develop solution design skills, technical positioning, certification readiness and executive presentation abilities.
Progression between stages will depend on performance, learning progress, mentor feedback and stage-gate assessments.
Key Responsibilities
