QUALIFICATIONS: - Medical Laboratory Technologist
A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences from a recognized institution that is accredited by the KMLTTB
A registration certificate and a valid practicing license issued by the KMLTTB.
At least 1 to 2 years of experience working in a busy hospital laboratory.
Skilled in clinical laboratory procedures and using laboratory equipment.
Strong in communication, interpersonal skills, and providing good customer care.
Committed to maintaining high standards of patient care and following healthcare regulations.
Knowledge of computers and a certificate in computer applications.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Pharm-Tech
- A diploma or degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience working in a hospital, retail, or clinical pharmacy environment.
- Good understanding of medicines, how they are made, and how to ensure their safe use.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and provide good customer service.
- Capable of working carefully and effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Chef
- A diploma or certificate in Food & Beverage Production or a related discipline from a trusted educational institution.
- A current Food Handler's Certificate.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the catering industry, with a preference for roles in schools or healthcare facilities.
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- A valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities.
- A cooperative team player with a proactive and positive mindset.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Human Resource Manager
- A Higher National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related area.
- Medical qualifications or experience in healthcare is a bonus.
- At least 2 years of experience in a role that combines HR and administration, ideally in the healthcare or service industry.
- Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, employee relationships, performance management, and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and people management skills.
- Skilled in using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- A valid Certificate of Good Conduct is mandatory.
