Role Purpose

The Manager – RPA will provide both strategic direction and operational oversight for the organization’s Robotic Process Automation function. The position will focus on finding processes suitable for automation, leading automation delivery teams, developing governance frameworks, and driving the successful implementation and expansion of intelligent automation solutions across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

• Professional certification such as UiPath RPA Developer Advanced, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, or Blue Prism Developer is strongly preferred.

• At least 7 years of experience in RPA development, software engineering, or a related area.

• At least 3–5 years of experience managing automation teams or programmes.

• Demonstrated experience in insurance, financial services, technology-driven organizations, or similar sectors, preferably involving RPA projects.

• Experience creating automation bots for processes handling 500,000+ transactions or delivering substantial operational impact.

• Experience contributing to automation projects within Agile teams.

• Understanding of compliance requirements within regulated and multi-country operating environments.

RPA Developer

Role Purpose

The RPA Developer will design, build, test, and maintain automated solutions using leading Robotic Process Automation platforms. The role contributes to business process transformation by developing secure, dependable, and scalable automation solutions while adhering to organizational governance policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

System Analyst – CRM

Role Purpose

The CRM Expert will ensure Jubilee Insurance applications are properly configured, available, and effectively utilized to meet internal business requirements. The role will develop efficient solutions that support business operations while maintaining strong working relationships with vendors, users, and key stakeholders. The position will also apply sound project management practices when implementing system changes and enhancements and will be responsible for developing modifications and extensions for Jubilee Holdings’ CRM and Microsoft Dynamics applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.

• Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) certification.

• Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP) certification.

• Power Platform Fundamentals certification.

• Project Management certification, Agile methodologies, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma will be an added advantage.

Relevant Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in ERP and CRM administration, development, or implementation.

• Insurance industry experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in Dynamics ERP and CRM, ASP.NET, C#, and service-oriented architecture.

• Experience participating in system implementation projects.

• Strong knowledge of integrations into and out of Dynamics CRM and ERP.

• Experience with D365 integration technologies, including Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, Batch Data API, OData, and Web Services.

• Understanding of application lifecycle processes and regulatory and compliance requirements.
